Currently reading a very inspiring book "Zaujaati en-nabi" (The wives of the prophet) in Arabic. Though sometimes, it leads to confusion due to heavy vocabulary yang kadang tak ada dalam dictionary so pandai pandai lah buat andaian sendiri. suka hati je kan. buku tulis lain, tapi faham lain. haha.
How inspiring to read about the prophet's wives. A promising castle made of pearls in jannah for sayyidatina khadijah to reward her patience and obedience towards Allah and his messenger. How lucky to be the first love of the prophet?
"Mary, mother of Jesus, is the best of the women of the heavens; and the worthiest woman of the earth is Khadijah, daughter of Khuwaylid." -Prophet Muhammad 'alaihissolatu wassalaam- (nak anak nama khadijah boleh? heh!)
The more you read, the more you learn.
I always questioned why most prophets are shepherds, rupanya Allah nak didik leadership in them, sifat kepimpinan. Cantik kan susunan Allah. Something that no one would expect, a shepherd that will in the end be the glory of all mankind.
Susunan Allah tak pernah salah. :)
